The short version: Our free tools run entirely in your browser. We don't require an account, and the text or data you enter into a tool is processed on your device — it is not sent to us or stored on our servers. The details below explain the few places where third parties (our host, payment processor, and font/ad providers) are involved.

This Privacy Policy explains how Sovereign Agentics LLC ("Sovereign Agentics," "we," "us") handles information in connection with the website sovereignagentics.io, its subdomains and tools, and the products we sell (collectively, the "Services").

Information we collect

From the free tools: none. The tools are client-side. Whatever you type or paste is processed locally in your browser and is never transmitted to or retained by us.

Technical data from hosting. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver and secure the site, our host may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request data in server logs, in accordance with Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not maintain our own analytics that identify you.

Purchases. Purchases are processed by Gumroad, not by us. We do not collect or store your payment-card details. Gumroad collects the information needed to process your order under its own privacy policy; we receive limited order information (such as your email address) to deliver the product and provide support.

If you contact us. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, which we use only to respond.

Cookies and third-party services

Fonts. Our pages load web fonts from Google Fonts. When fonts load, Google may receive your IP address as part of that request.

Advertising. We may display advertising provided by Google AdSense and other third-party vendors. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info.

Each third-party service has its own privacy practices, which we don't control.

Your choices and rights

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Because we collect almost no personal information directly, requests to access or delete data will usually be directed to the relevant third party (for example, Gumroad for purchase data, or Google for advertising data). Depending on where you live (such as the EEA, UK, or California), you may have additional rights regarding your personal data; contact us and we'll help direct your request appropriately.

Children

The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
