This Privacy Policy explains how Sovereign Agentics ("Sovereign Agentics," "we," "us") handles information in connection with the website sovereignagentics.io, its subdomains and tools, and the products sold from this domain (collectively, the "Services").

Information we collect

From the tools and models: none. Calculators and text utilities are client-side. Whatever you type or paste is processed locally in your browser and is never transmitted to or retained by us.

Technical data from hosting. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver and secure the site, our host may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request data in server logs, in accordance with Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not maintain our own analytics that identify you.

Purchases. Purchases are processed by Gumroad, not by us. We do not collect or store your payment-card details. Gumroad collects the information needed to process your order under its own privacy policy; we receive limited order information (such as your email address) to deliver the product and provide support.

If you contact us. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, which we use only to respond.

Commission form. The form at /brief/ is a note to commission a paid memo, not a newsletter. It sends your name, email, role, chosen case, and one-line question to the publisher at raijin@sovereignagentics.io. The same fields are written to a store the publisher controls (Cloudflare KV) and may be forwarded to a Formspree (or similar) endpoint the publisher configures. They are not stored only in your browser. The sample PDF link is shown after the note is received. There is no account and no subscription.

Cookies and third-party services

Fonts. Our pages load web fonts from Google Fonts. When fonts load, Google may receive your IP address as part of that request.

Advertising. Public pages include the Google AdSense script so the publisher account can be verified. Ads are not shown as manual units on essays, Abundance Bench, or pages that ask for money. Once Google enables ads, Google may use cookies to serve and measure those ads. See Google's advertising technologies. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info.

This site does not run a first-party analytics product, a newsletter, or an affiliate program. Each third-party service has its own privacy practices, which we don't control.

Your choices and rights

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Because we collect almost no personal information directly, requests to access or delete data will usually be directed to the relevant third party (for example, Gumroad for purchase data, or Google for advertising data). Depending on where you live (such as the EEA, UK, or California), you may have additional rights regarding your personal data; contact us and we'll help direct your request appropriately.

Children

The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
