These Terms govern your use of the website sovereignagentics.io, its subdomains and free tools, and the products sold by Sovereign Agentics LLC ("Sovereign Agentics," "we," "us") (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

The free tools

Our free tools are provided at no cost and run entirely in your browser. They are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You use them at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the tools or their output. Always verify important results.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services — including not using them for any unlawful purpose, not attempting to disrupt or compromise the site or its infrastructure, and not attempting to access areas or data you're not authorized to access.

Purchases

Paid products are sold and delivered through Gumroad and are subject to Gumroad's terms in addition to these Terms. Prices are shown at checkout. Our products are digital files (typically prompt systems you run inside Claude); they are licensed to you for your own use, not sold, and may not be resold or redistributed. Because products are instant-access digital downloads, all sales are final. If a product isn't the right fit, we offer a one-time exchange for any other product of equal or lesser value, at our discretion — see Returns & Exchanges.

Intellectual property

The Services, including the tools, site content, blog articles, and product materials, are owned by Sovereign Agentics and protected by applicable laws. Purchasing a product grants you a personal license to use it; it does not transfer ownership or permit redistribution. "Claude" and "Anthropic" are trademarks of their respective owner; our products are independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.

Third-party services and links

The Services rely on or link to third parties (such as Cloudflare for hosting, Gumroad for purchases, Google for fonts and advertising). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sovereign Agentics LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
